Orders are welcome for delicious gluten free custom celebration cakes (I also make a range of whole cakes, baked cheesecakes, brownies and tarts and can send/email a list)- see the contact page.
I usually require about 3 working days notice for whole cake orders (two layer cakes, polenta cakes, tarts, sponges etc), at least 2 weeks notice for celebration cakes of more than one tier and at least a month (preferably 6 weeks) for wedding cakes or tiered celebration cakes. I am sometimes able to work at less notice so it's worth getting in touch anyway.
I do not work with fondant icing (no sugarcraft) as all that pure sugar is not compatible with what I am trying to achieve (interesting and distinct flavours).
Celebration cakes are fairly minimalist in style and decorated mainly with fresh fruit and/or fresh flowers/foliage (or high quality faux).
There are many ways of assembling cakes with different creams, fillings and layers made of things other than sponge cake, buttercream and jam- so I can always come up with something really delicious and different (if that is what you would like- classic is lovely too!) for your special ocassion.
