Zinzie Cakes is a small cake business based in Whitstable, Kent (formerly in Faversham) focusing on flavour and quality, and specialising in gluten free baking to be enjoyed by anyone. As well as classic cakes, there is an ever-changing menu inspired by many different sources and influences- and high quality ingedients. I have been selling to the public since 2014.

A recipe idea often starts with a single ingredient I want to use (or a memory of something lovely I tried on a holiday maybe!) and I build the flavour combinations from that. Inspiration also comes from recipes originating from other countries and a general enthusiasm for imaginative cookery!
